Adult Sunday School: Prepares and leads Sunday School lessons to adults on Sunday mornings.

Building & Grounds Ministry:  General maintenance for church building and grounds.  Includes making minor repairs, obtaining professional repair work as needed, organizing groundskeeping with volunteers, organizing the setting up and tearing down for church events & funerals (tables, chairs, etc). 

Children’s Sunday School: Prepares and leads Sunday School classes for children on Sunday mornings.  Includes teachers, co-teachers, hospitality partners, missions partners, support partners, and programs partners. 

Coffee Team Ministry: Prepares and serves coffee and hot chocolate on Sunday mornings.  Includes brewing coffee, putting out air-pots of coffee, preparing hot chocolate, putting out coffee supplies (creamer, sugar, tea, etc), cleaning up afterwards.  Training is available. 

Communion Ministry: Prepares and sets out elements for communion once a month.  Includes: setting up & taking down communion tables, pouring juice into communion cups, setting out bread, cleaning up afterwards.

Decoration Ministry:  Oversees church décor.  Includes decorating for seasons and holidays, assisting in furniture or deco changes to ensure a uniform appearance within the church building. 

Finance Team:  Responsible for processing church finances. 

Funeral Team Ministry: Organizes funeral receptions and meals. Includes contact with the family to get details, ordering meat for funeral meals, organizing food for potluck style funeral meals, setting food out, serving food, and cleaning up afterwards.

Greeters & Welcome Booth: Greet & welcome people on Sunday mornings.  Includes greeting at the door, handing out bulletins, welcoming and assisting new visitors. 

Meal Ministry:  Organizes “meal train” for parents of newborns and families in difficulties (health crises, death in family, etc).  Includes contacting families to get details, preparing a meal schedule online through “Take-Them-a-Meal”, monitoring schedule to ensure the families’ needs are met. 

Missions Team: Prays for and supports church supported Missionaries. Includes monthly Mission Spotlight and keeping in contact with Missionaries. 

Nursery Ministry: Childcare during Sunday School and church services.  Includes ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children ages newborn – 3 years old. 

Outreach Ministry:  Organizes community outreach events - 3-4 large events per year, including County Fair and Festival of Lights Parade.  Includes organizing event, securing volunteers for necessary positions and jobs during event, setting up and cleaning up afterwards, following up with new contacts made during the event. 

Security Team: Ensures safety at church services and events. Includes monthly training and disaster preparedness. 

Senior Saints Ministry: Ministry to our church elderly. Includes visitation, transportation assistance. 

Small Group Ministry:  Organizes and supports church small groups. 

Video & Website Ministry:  Maintains information on the website.  Also creates and posts videos for in-house advertising of events. 

Wedding Team Ministry: Wedding coordinators who assist bridal parties with weddings.  Includes meeting with bridal party, guidance on facility usage and decorations, prepares rooms for bride/bridesmaids and groom/groomsmen on wedding day, assists with rehearsals. Training is available. 

Women’s Ministry:  Prepares and organizes Bible Studies and social events to minister to the women of our church and community. 

Worship Team: Leads worship at church services.  Includes singers, instrument players, computer and soundboard operators. 

Youth Ministries: Prepares, organizes and leads Wednesday night youth ministries - elementary ages KidsLife program, Middle School ages Refresh program, and High School ages Sonlife program. Includes teachers, co-teachers, hospitality support partners, music leaders, games leaders, kitchen/snack helpers.
