SonLife Scholarship
Application Instructions:
• Complete the “Sonlife Scholarship Application” and return to the Church Office no later than April 15, 2025
• Have two references complete and submit the “Scholarship Reference” forms to the Church Office no later than April 15, 2025
• This scholarship, in the amount of $500, is to be paid out for the 2nd Semester of your freshman year, after we receive verification of your Full-Time Student Status and verification of your 2nd Semester enrollment. If at any time, your Full-Time Student Status has dropped below the minimum requirements, please notify us as soon as possible. This requirement is crucial for the retention of your scholarship.
• To claim your scholarship payment, this form must be completed and submitted by December 31, 2025 with proof of enrollment for your 2nd Semester (paid fee invoice and/or class schedule) that includes both your name as the student, as well as the name of the post-secondary educational institution at which you are enrolled. No other documentation is required.
• The deadline to claim this scholarship is February 1, 2026. After that date the scholarship award will no longer be valid.
• The scholarship check will be mailed to you at the address specified below. The check will be made payable to you and the educational institution and will require both endorsements to be cashed or credited. It is your responsibility to submit the check to the educational institution’s financial aid office.
• If you are unable to accept this scholarship, please notify the Broken Bow Berean Church Office as soon as possible.
